I have a mead that went into a NOCO Distillery barrel about 2 1/2 years ago. 5.5 gallons at 14% ABV went in, and, after angel's share, about 2 gallons are left to bottle. Is there a way to get the new ABV, without having to have one of those many-thousand-dollar electronic tools?

Thanks!

Thirsty angel you got there.

Find a local brewery with an alcolyzer and ask nicely 🙂
