I had just seen this recipe

posted on WW Facebook website and decided I had to give it a try,
sauerkraut or no sauerkraut! My husband and I both thought it was
pretty tasty, but the kids haven't tried it yet. I made it exactly to
the recipe, not their alternative suggestions of cinnamon or coffee.
I can see this being really tasty with non fat whipped cream, or a
little low fat ice cream. I might even try some Jello chocolate
mousse! Two things to note: the house did smell like sauerkraut for
a bit during baking and a 14 ounce can produced slightly more than a
cup of pureed sauerkraut.
