I'm trying a new cuisine and a new recipe. Let you all know how it
goes!

I've eliminated the oil, in favor of Pam spray, and I made sure that
my ground turkey is all breast meat. I am also using the light
hamburger rolls, not the kaiser rolls, as she suggested.

As an update to this recipe: I won't be making this again. It wasn't
bad; just wasn't good enough to justify the prep time or the the two
pan clean up. There was a lot of spice (not spicy hot) in the first
bite, but no real flavor thereafter - if that makes sense. There were
plenty of different textures and tastes, but I know at some point I
looked at my sandwich and thought it was boring.
