Do you think the day of the week you weigh-in makes a difference? If
so why?

I like weighing in mid-week because it gives me a chance to "recover"
if my weekend doesn't go well. Monday is a "fresh start" day for me
and weighing in mid-week gives me a few days to get my act together.
My true preference is early morning weigh ins and I looked for a
meeting day/time that was early. Even if the only early day was
Monday, I don't know if I would choose that day for my weigh in.

I weigh in on Saturday, because it was the day I could meet my friend
and we could WW together. Sometimes though, I think that weighing in
on Saturday makes me feel a little too relaxed about my food choices
over the rest of the weekend - date night is dinner out and drinks,
because I have a WHOLE week until I weigh in again. If I were to
weigh in druing the week, then the weekend would be in the middle and
I probably would make better choices.

I weigh in on Thursdays at noon. Although I've only had 5 weigh ins,
I've liked it so far. I have a tendency to overanalyze what I eat,
down to the last bite. Usually, this is a great thing, because it
makes me positively anal about tracking! However, I think if I were to
weigh in on Mondays, I would be second-guessing everything I put in my
mouth over the weekend, and I don't want to live like that (nobody
should have to). Weighing in on Thursdays gives me a few days to
recover, plus the weigh-in result is still fresh in my mind over the
weekend, which helps me not overdo it.
