Do you really think about what can be in your drinking water and how
it affects your health and weight? But you say that you drink bottled
water and it is pure or is it?
You have probably heard to make sure not to drink the water when
traveling or vacationing in Mexico and other countries. Why is that?
Because there can be "parasites" and "toxins" in the water that your
body cannot fight off. If you drink the water in these countries, you
can become sick or even die.
Suppose drinking the water in the United States can make you just as
sick because it can have some of the same contaminants in it and the
EPA says that it is all right?
Straight from the EPA's website:
"Drinking water, including bottled water, may reasonably be expected
to contain at least small amounts of some contaminants."
Here are a few that the EPA allows and what they will do to you.
"Coliform bacteria are common in the environment and are generally not
harmful. However, the presence of these bacteria in drinkingwater is
usually a result of a problem with the treatment system or the pipes
which distribute water, and indicates that the water may be
contaminated with germs that can cause disease.
"Fecal Coliform and E coli are bacteria whose presence indicates that
the water may be contaminated with human or animal wastes. Microbes in
these wastes can cause short-term effects, such as diarrhea, cramps,
nausea, headaches, or other symptoms.
"Turbidity has no health effects. However, turbidity can interfere
with disinfection and provide a medium for microbial growth. Turbidity
may indicate the presence of disease causing organisms. These
organisms include bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can cause
symptoms such as nausea, cramps, diarrhea, and associated headaches.
"Cryptosporidium is a parasite that enters lakes and rivers through
sewage and animal waste. It causes cryptosporidiosis, a mild
gastrointestinal disease. However, the disease can be severe or fatal
for people with severely weakened immune systems. EPA and CDC have
prepared advice for those with severely compromised immune systems who
are concerned about Cryptosporidium.
"Giardia lamblia is a parasite that enters lakes and rivers through
sewage and animal waste. It causes gastrointestinal illness (e.g.
diarrhea, vomiting, cramps)."
And how about that part about the parasite "Cryptosporidium" being
potentially FATAL? How nice!
So why allow "little critters" to kill you just because you either
cannot see them, or because you keep lying to yourself trying to
convince yourself they are not "really" there to begin with?
There are several "INSTANT" sources of "Parasitic Cleansers" that
flush out all of the contaminants and the best part is they are all
natural!
