Even the ring of the word is hypnotizing and awakens your cravings.
Many people around the world are addicted to caffeine and drink as
much as seven servings everyday. Everyone knows, however; that
caffeine is the evil element disguised in our sodas, coffee, and
energy drinks. How can we stop consuming so much caffeine?
Soda, for example, is loaded with caffeine and sugar. Not only does
the caffeine in it keep you alert and shaky afterwards, its sugar also
contributes to your weight gain. Many people think that drinking too
much caffeine will keep them alert and productive, however; it does
the complete opposite as with your third cup of coffee that starts
feeling like drinking water. Caffeine eventually sucks the energy out
of you, leaving you all sluggish and lethargic.
Caffeine is highly addictive to the extent you can literally get
hooked to it no different than a junkie or an alcoholic. Anyone who's
addicted to caffeine knows how it feels when you don't have your fill
of caffeine. You start shaking and snapping because of its withdrawal
effects, your body craves it and makes sure to let you know. Studies
show that drivers who think they can substitute caffeine for sleep are
a risk to everyone on the road; your response levels are lower and
most probably will lead you straight into an accident.
Caffeine is often loved because of availability and portability. You
can always take your cup of coffee anywhere you go, and sodas are easy
to pack in your bag. It is important to understand how to the use of
caffeine and how to use it right. If you are a bit tired in the
evening, a cup of coffee would indeed give you a push. If you have
going to be using a drill, you should wait until you are fully alert
to operate it. Don't make the mistake of thinking that coffee will
keep you alert enough for such a task.
