Water is wonderful. Not only does it fill you up without calories, but
it also flushes toxins out of your system. You're healthier, and your
skin is smooth and lovely.
Don't overdo the water, but make sure you drink a glass of water when
you get up in the morning, before each meal, and in between meals too.
When you're not used to drinking a lot of water, it can be hard to
remember, so just tell yourself that you're taking a beauty break when
you sip a glass of water.
