This is a bug fix release.
Change logs:
1) In order to achieve more software modularity, in this release, I
move some general lexing operations to the WeiCommonLibrary::Lexerlib.
Hence, other projects can use
these lexing operations, too.
2) I use Visual C++ 2008 express to build this project, and turn on
warning level 4 option. Then I remove every warnings complained by
this compiler.
3) Fix some bugs.
