Hi,
This is interesting, I looked at your gauges page soon after your last post and saw the flashing red LEDs. This morning on my desktop machine the red LEDs are gone from all gauges. Aha, perhaps this is a mobile/desktop issue as yesterday I saw the flashing LEDs using Chrome on my iPad. Went back to my iPad and the flashing LEDs are there. I tell Chrome to request the desktop site and the flashing LEDs remain. I open Safari on my iPad and the flashing LEDs are gone.
I have looked through your gauges.js and here is nothing in there that does anything with these flashing LEDs, the ledVisible code you found in gauges.js is to control the red/green/amber LED to the left of the scroll bar LCD at the top of the page. That LED changes to indicate your station is on/off line or you otherwise have a loss of data, nothing to do with the flashing LEDs.
I am at a loss to explain what they indicate or where they have come from. All I can think of is they are coming from the underlying SteelSeries Gauges (as opposed to SteelSeries Weather Gauges) code. Perhaps it is something you could ask of the SteelSeries Weather Gauges author.
