New Belchertown Earthquake alerts

Your excellent skin works nicely, but I have never been able to get it
to report earthquake events.

Earthquake stanza, in both weewx.conf and new-belchertown/skin.conf

    # ----- Earthquake options -----
    earthquake_enabled     = 1
    earthquake_maxradiuskm = 25000
    earthquake_stale       = 10740
    earthquake_server      = USGS
    earthquake_minmag      = 2

Suggestions most welcome.

Try setting your max radius to a more reasonable number.

Mine works fine here near Seattle when set to 300 km.

I'll try that. It always worked with the original B-town skin. I like knowing about earthquakes in other areas.

I think a radius of 25000 km might be a tad high though....that's more than the diameter of the earth.

For grins, I changed my radius from 500 to 25000 and no worky:



Back to 500 KM. :)
