Edit databas to correct win-max value

Hi!

Thanks for the WeeWX all of you! im happy, a nice hobby to see the graphs :)
Im using WeeWX 4.5.1 on ZorinOS (Ubuntu 20.04)
The other day the battery went out on the WH1080 weather station.

The Wind-max on that day where registred to 86m/s
I have tried to read the documents but i can't figure it out.
I tried the wee_database --rebuild-daily --date=2021-10-03

Question: How can i edit the database on date 2021-10-03 to correct
the wind-max value to somthing lower?

Just edit the database with a DB Browser (I use DB Browser for SqlLite) , then search the exact day in epochtime and modify the value.

Then apply the wee-database with rebuild options.
