Weewx and Weather Underground

I'm sure this has been posted ad-nauseum. However for the last ten months or so I have really run into a wall.

None of the google/duckduckgo searches I have come across seem to have solved it. 

• I tried to mess with the config, that didn't work as well. 
  • It ended up breaking it. 
  • So commented out my changes. 

The password is correct it I can login into my Weather Underground account. 

Mr. Keffer has made a really solid program and relatively easy to use, so i'm sure i'm the problem. I am getting really hung up on this one thing. Any help would be appreciated.

It's really hard to make out the text in a jpg. Can you post the logs as text?

Have you tried to set "rapidfire = false"? 

Maybe you need to specify something for "api_key".
