How to download database from wewx to ftp?

We have weewx installed to "grey small box". It gets data from Davis Vantage Pro2 station via USB and switched to local ethernet. Is it possible somehow to download all weewx database (raw data not reports) to ftp via net? What app. or extension or command do we have to use to manage this operation? One thing to do this - backup data, and second problem is that the  "grey small box" is very poor resource mashine and it cant produce plots due to abscence of some libraries (to big size for that device)  needed for ImageGenerator functioning... Now it can make reports according templates and send them periodicaly. So, we need to find another way for data visualising. If you have any idea about that - help me, don't hesitate!
