WEEWX stopped posting to Wunderground or CWOP

I've been posting my weather data to Wunderground and CWOP for over a year until December 14 when it stopped posting to either station.

i tried numerous things to fix the problem and eventually reimaged my Zero 2 PI and reinstalled the latest version of WEEWX 5.2 via APT and still can't get it to post to these two sites.

Viewing the log (attached), it appears that WEEWX is attempting to post the December 14 data to CWOP and Wunderground. How December 14 data is still available after reimaging the PI and reinstalling WEEWX is a mystery.

It appears the Vantage Vue is sending data to WEEWX when requested since the files and images for Seasonsreport are generated on each call for data.

I am using driver = weewx.drivers.vantage.

The station connection is serial with port  = /dev/ttyUSB0
