Which extension for A PurpleAir PA - II?

I had to replace my old sensor, which hadn't worked for a year or more. I've been trying the extensions out there on Github and cannot seem to get them to work. Can anyone offer a suggestion of which extension seems to work best?

If you changed sensors the ip address of the new one likely differs from the old one, if you had the old one configured previously....
