Missing index.html

After installation (3x apt-get purge, 3x apt-get install) still missing index.html in / var / www / html / weewx /. Help someone to repair it?

the conf file you posted does not contain cmon_mysql.  are you certain that it is the conf file that generated the error you posted?

get weewx to run first.  then start adding extensions.

I've found that when trying to help people with limited English skills, it's best to have one person handle the exchange. Otherwise, the user has to follow a confusing mish-mash of solution paths.
