“Hi, console is not connected t raspberry, but receive data correctly of cource.” You are saying the console is receiving data from the external sensor.
There are a couple possibility on how to proceed before giving up on this project.
1. SDR Approach
a. If you want to use the SDR, you should install software such as “Gqrx” on the RPi to see if the SDR is actually receiving the 433.7 MHz signal (https://fccid.io/2ANQU-WS1040) from the external sensor. If you cannot see the signal, try moving the RPi to different locations.
b. If you can see the 433.7 MHz signal from the external sensor, refer to https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433 on how to record / analyze / provide a sample of the signal.
2. USB Approach
a. Need to figure out if the WS-1041 is a clone of another 433 MHz Weather Station.
b. If it is a clone, connect the Console to the RPi by way of the USB connection and use that driver if available. http://www.weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm
