Historic data graphs and "Current Conditions" missing in Seasons

Hello!

Running Weather Flow on Raspberry Py.
My SD card was to small so I had to clone the card into a bigger one.

After starting up on the new card everything worked well. Data collected and sent to WOW. Seasons presented historical graphs and "Current conditions" as usual.

Later I updated to version 4.6.2.

Seasons are now only presenting Temperature and Barometer in Current Conditions. Historical graphs only showing Temperature, Wind and Rain. 

Missing: Barometer, Wind chill/Heat index, Humidity, Wind directions and Wind Vector.

Also missing Hi/Lo table.

I have another Linux computer running with 4.5.1 (test machine) so I took the index.html file there from Seasons and replaced the current file in my Raspberry. After executing the the html file all historical graphs appeared and also hi/lo (surprise!). No missing data.

Conclusion: the weather data is collected and saved. Checked the log file - no errors.

But after five minutes when the index.html automatically is updated the data is again missing.

I can't understand why it behaves like this is it due to the cloning of the disks or the update to 4.6.2? Or something else...

Hope someone can advise me what to do,

have you made any modifications to the Seasons skin before updating to 4.6.2?

No modifications. Had to re-clone the SD-card and start from the beginning again. This time I skipped updating to 4.6.2. Now running on 4.5.1 as before and every works perfectly.
Compared current.inc, in Seasons, from 4.6.2 with 4.5.1 and found that most tables were missing in the one from 4.6.2. It seems like current.inc was corrupted during updating.
Is that a known issue?
Now I don't dare to update again...

no known corruption issues.  version 4.6 introduced a big change to the Seasons skin, including internationization and automatic display of data.  the files in 4.6 are significantly smaller than the files in 4.5.
