Weather underground failed to publish

Hello I just got weewx up and running via gw1100/interceptor. it's sending to CWOP fine, But I keep getting weather underground failed to publish error. Not sure if I put my credentials in wrong or something else . BTW i'm new to all this

And did it 'ever' work ?   Weather Underground is very unstable and frequently just breaks on their end, then magically un-breaks sometime later.
