FInally updated to Weewx 5.1

I updated my weewx 4.10 to 5.1 and everything went smoothly except for one hiccup, not the fault with weeewx. I moved the  Vantage View console to a new computer and changed the console's batteries without the console being powered. The sqlite data base stopped being updated once the new batteries were installed. This manifested as the website only displaying the date and time that the console was unplugged.

After a bit of poking around I performed a weectl device --dump. Perhaps there are a few duplicate records in the the database now but the site is running very well.
