Cloud Base

I cannot see the Cloud Base detection on my site, I was told that I need to update the weewx.conf file

How should I do?

I installed weewx from scratch to get the new database.

I use the neowx skin and my site is:

However, I cannot see the label of the basic Cloud

Hi,

It is still not clear what you are asking. Are you wanting WeeWX to estimate cloud base? If so then WeeWX should already be calculating cloud base (stored in WeeWX field ‘cloudbase’). You can verify this by stopping WeeWX and running WeeWX directly, this will show the contents of loop packets and archive records on the console. Does cloudbase appear? If it does and your database is using the wview_extended schema then cloudbase should be automatically saved to database. If you want to display cloudbase on your NeoWX page(s) I suggest you contact the NeoWX author.

If you want to do something else entirely I suggest you post your question in detail in your native language and I am sure someone will work out what you are after.

I solved it with the command:

sudo /home/weewx/bin/wee_database --add-column=cloudbase
