Switch off graphics / data

Hello
how can I switch off the data "room temperature" "" room air moisture "and" temperature1" so that they no longer appear in the summary and in the graphics? However, the "PNG" files should still be created in order to be able to use them elsewhere.

Which skin ?
The general answer is the old sysadmin credo of "when in doubt...comment it out"
