Given all the Belchertown questions we get here, I finally got around to writing up a comprehensive howto for how to install, configure, and test that it works with full websockets support.

The toplevel README file gets you to the point where WeeWX+Belchertown are running without websockets.  Then instructions then take you to a second file with how to reconfigure your setup to enable realtime weather updates via websockets.
