PR #655 and sftp

Am I correct that PR #655 "The FTP uploader now calculates and saves a hash value for each uploaded file. If it does not change, the file is not uploaded, resulting in significant time savings" does not apply to Matthew's sftp extension?

Either way, v4.5.1 installed and working well. Thanks to all!

That's correct. The sftp extension is independent of the FTP implementation that comes with WeeWX.
