No there is no mechanism within WeeWX to directly support rain as a cumulative value. The usual approach is for the driver or service feeding the rain data to WeeWX to derive a delta rain value and include that value in the data passed to WeeWX. The calculation is very simple and is commonly used as many stations provide rain as a cumulative value only.
