for weewx-multi be?

wee_database --config=/etc/weewx/xyz.conf --transfer --dest-binding=dest_binding ??

Correct. Worthwhile pointing out that under weewx-multi (or when running multiple WeeWX instances) it is prudent to use names other than weewx.conf and weewx for your config files and databases respectively; otherwise it is all too easy to omit the --config option when using potentially destructive utilities such as wee_database and you may find you are operating on a database other than the one you intended.
