weewx.conf says mm but cm shown in html output?

The rain graph (and associated text) show cm and cm/hr for my rain gauge....but in my weewx.conf I have stipulated mm for the rain output. See attached from wwex.conf. What am I missing?

You need to uncomment the line. When done, it should read:
