weewx stops to work 'totalrainin'

I have installed weewx-4.9.1-1.el8.noarch on almalinux 8

and have som trouble with totalrainin and can't find what that is

I solved this error, it was actually problem with mariadb server so I deleted it and install mysql and now it works.
