Sager Weathercaster forecast

I was wondering is there any plans for the Sager Weathercaster algorithm to be added to Weewx?

I noticed someone had created a script for Cumulus - http://sandaysoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9901 and thought this might be a nice feature.

if you create the diffs i'll add it to the forecast extension :)

my intent with the forecast extension is that it should support any forecast input, so that ultimately you can do comparisons across different forecast algorithms and comparisons over time for a single forecast algorithm.  so far there are only three forecasting algorithms implemented: zambretti, us national weather service, and weather underground (also tide forecasts).
