A fix for mosquito access outside of local machine

Hi 

I have started to update my files in my i2C sensor config and have included a link to that folder below. 

Just incase no-one has seen the fix for some issues with mosquito access outside of your local machine I have included that in the first parts of my update.

This link will contain files not only for weewx, but also for my solar system, power and water consumption (I live only with rainwater tanks).

I will be leaving my older files still available as they may help others.
