Hello,
I've just installed WeeWX 5.1 using the apt method as described for Debian on a Linux Mint laptop.
It appears weewx is unable to get the data from the console, I've tried swapping the cables and changing the USB setting to 3 and 4, restarting weewx, the OS, and the console.
Model: Acurite 01036
Here is what I get in the message log:
Aug 11 00:36:57 weewxd[2883]: ERROR weewx.drivers.acurite: Failed attempt 7 of 10 to get LOOP data: Unable to find station on USB

Pretty sure bus= and device= should be populated but for some reason they're not.
Would anyone be able to help me?
Thanks,
Ivo
