Run WeeWx without weatherstation

Hi

Have gone through a number of weatherstations, currently have an ecowitt, which produces csv files.

So currently have

cumulus monthly files

Weather display files

Ecowitt csv files

So would like to use WeeWX to process these (think with tinkering I can do that).

What I would like is for WeeWX not to want a weatherstation,  so it would be just prcoess monthly data files and hold the historical records

Is this possible
