Running Rasbperian v10

Looks like it is not picking up the packets like it was. I made a
disk image, so that I can restor it to the state it was at before the
upgrade, but rather plug ahead.

Close but not quite what we need to see. We need to see the WeeWX startup in the log, this shows import config/setup info. Once you have piped your syslog to mylog in a separate terminal restart WeeWX and let it run for at least 5 minutes. mylog should then contain the WeeWX startup. You cannot post too much log, well almost.
