Weewx docs offline

The website at https://weewx.com/docs/ redirects to  https://weewx.com/docs/4.10, which returns a 404.

Likewise, my previous tabs  that were sitting on  V5 docs returned a 404 when I refreshed them.

I thought it might have been an upgrade in process, but it's been an hout or two now.

docs are fixed (again).

weewx.com/docs  - always refers to the latest release of the docs

weewx.com/docs/4.10 - the docs that go with 4.10

weewx.com/docs/5.0 - the docs that go with 5.0

weewx.com/docs/5.x - the docs that go with 5.x (future releases)

with v5 we decided to *not* ship the docs with the distribution packages, only with the sources.

the v5 docs are no longer plain html - they require mkdocs and mkdocs+material (two additional python packages) in order to build them, and on top of that one must use a specific version of each, otherwise the docs break.

so we will host the docs at weewx.com for each minor release.  if you should ever need to build the docs for a specific weewx version you can download that source tarball then build the docs.
