FTP /lang/en.conf file missing

The log reports this error
> weewxd[706575]: DEBUG weewx.reportengine: Cannot read localization file /home/house/weewx-data/skins/Ftp/lang/en.conf for report 'FTP': Config file not found: "/home/house/weewx-data/skins/Ftp/lang/en.conf".
And sure enough, there is no folder or file below /Ftp/ as described.
Did I make an error on install?

Running in a weewx-venv
Kali Linux running in a Parallels VM on Mac mini M1

This is normal. No translation file is necessary for FTP.
Ignore the error.
