Yes. Somewhere along the line, Davis put in firmware that attempts to validate the type of logger you have. This was an attempt on their part to make it hard for 3rd party loggers. A side effect is that old loggers will not work in new consoles.So, I suspect you are either using a 3rd party logger, or trying to use an old logger in your new console. If the latter, Davis will swap them out. Contact them.Or, I could be completely wrong!-tk

Just to be sure, could you define "console" dans "logger" ? You mean the adapter cable we put inside could be a version which is not working with the weather station ?
I wrote to Davis, but I still didn't get any answer.
