Davis Vantage Pro2 USB

Folks,

I'd rather not pay for the entire product (not the Weather Link Software), just the USB connector.

Does anybody know if there are companies that sell just the USB connector, and not the software.

I am disappointed there's not a USB port on the ProVantage Console.  Btw, love, love, love WeeWx!!

Unfortunately, Davis bundles the software and logger together.

There are some less-expensive, but unsupported, third party loggers out there. In particular, the Belfryboy clone USB logger. You can either make one yourself, or he will sell you a ready-to-go version
