Delete/repair bad records

It happens sometimes. The battery in weather station was low and instead of sending a real records, the Weewx got abnormally high data for rainRate. 
I made a copy of database and change those data to 0. But when I check the records, the abnormal high data are still there. They are not in "archive" table. Where are they stored? Are maybe calculated from table "archive_day_rainRate" (I use Belchertown skin for showing records)?

Solved. 
For info - I delete some abnormal records in "archive_day_rainRate" and it looks that this way the key.

Did you look at the wiki (link) ?

Since you manually edited things, you probably want to run wee_database --rebuild_daily and use the --date or --from and --to options.
