Acurite [Errno 5] Input/Output Error

Hi, I am new here. I have old Acurite 02032C and I decided to connect it to my Orange Zero. I found weewx and install it to ubuntu arm64. 

And I got weewx[4667] ERROR weewx.drivers.acurite: Failed attempt 1 of 10 to get LOOP data: [Errno 5] Input/Output Error

USB is connected: Bus 004 Device 002: ID 24c0:0003 Chaney Instrument Model 01036 weather center

PC Connect mode is 3.

It should me usual error but no comments on git.

Could someone tell me what is wrong here and what need to do?

More log (a complete log from startup, with debug=1 set) would be useful. 

Is the user running weewx permitted to access the device?

please ensure that the acurite station is in the correct mode.  mode 3 or mode 4 will work, but mode 4 is preferred.
