Debian Bullseye py3 from stretch py2 - Now odd looking PNGs

I removed the old Squeeze Python2 installation

 and installed Debian11 BULLSEYE Python3 after

wget of the requisite python3  weewx.list in /etc/apt/source.list.d/

I can't get archive to run alone so I found and ran wee_reports with station heading renamed to be sure I was using new config.

I am using Ubuntu Studio 23.04 with browser

Brave Version 1.51.118 Chromium: 113.0.5672.126 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The IMAGE VIEWER can't open them either.

Data seems to be 03:10:00 PM from Debian 9 squeeze

Time was 05/19/2023 03:20:00 PM in last html/weewx files

This ran and I didn't see vertical bars until I copied them off the directory.

wee_reports was run at  5:54 PM after above remove, change repo and install.

Never see station data added in syslog grep searches.

BTW weewx is running Debian 11 (Bullseye) on GlobalScale SheevaPlug Development Kit connected (since 2018) to WS-2300 sold by Weather Channel

UPDATE:

weewx.conf was set to WS-2317 but used to be WS-2300 so now it is archiving data (with some data lost overnight) but most graphs are still wrong dates and with vertical lines.

I'll wait awhile to see if it clears up or I get feedback here.
