I would really like to have some charts of multiyear weather day so you can compare, for example, the rain this month compared to last year or the all time average. Looking through the posts here I notice a few people have asked similar questions but one from Alan Major from Birdham in the UK looked really promising using an external library and JS.

His site seems down at the moment but I was hoping Alan was still reading this group and may be able to share more of his solution and how well its worked in the longer term.

If anyone else has done anything similar then I would also be interested.

Many thanks

Multiple years as graphs might not work that well as figures. I have resolved this like presented at http://kuusamantie22.altervista.org/history.html

Wonder if it’d work for you?

I have done something similar at
and it is very useful for comparing one year with another.  I think graphs would get cumbersome when there are more than a few previous years of data to consider.

Jarmo,Andrew,

Thank you they both look excellent and both on Github so even better.

It would be really good to get something like this in the standard release as weather analysis is so much about history.

I have a solution, much appreciated.

Richard
