MQTT in Cloud - possible?

I've been struggling with this for weeks and decided to ask here.

I'm using an S3 bucket and Cloudflare to handle HTTPS.

Can I set up an MQTT Broker on Digital Ocean? If so, how do I connect my droplet to my domain given my set up?
