Getting WH2650 clone to emulate WH1080 backfill

A big plus, in my view, of the WH1080 is when the Pi comes online again after some sort of interruption to weewx is that it will backfill daily summaries.

We might have to replace our aged WH1080 clone. I'd be happy to go to a WH2650 clone, with a transmitter e.g. a receiver on the network that communicates with the actual weather station, but if I lose power or stop the Weewx service, it doesn't do this.
