fyi - I added a FAQ page on how to run weewxd interactively to grab a few LOOP data snippets since this one comes up so often....

Vantage users can run recent versions of vantage.py directly.

I made two small changes so it 1) uses loop_request=3 and 2) collects two records and exits.
