Vantage reception stats in graphical form

The standard vantage archive record contain value rxCheckPercent which indicates the quality of the signal between the transmitter of the anemometer and the console.
But the Davis protocol offers more communication info which can be seen in the reception stats of command wee_device --info.

I have modified the driver to read each archive interval those reception stats. See attached files.
While the signal quality graph show nothing special, we clearly see a big increase of missed packets and CRC errors in the other graphs.
BTW, I don't know yet what the cause is of this increase.

Update

I moved the Davis Pro2 console back to the place where the radio signals don't have to travel through iron grates (in- and outside our windows).
You will notice a decrease of missed packets and a big improvement in longest good stretch.

Note: There is a bug in the total number of received packets a day Davis presents. Each day at 00:00 am this number should be reset to zero but often a short period a negative number of about -32,000 is received.
