Can I control data publishing time?

Hi

I've struggled with this for some time but can't seem to find if this is possible.  Is there a way to change the time WeeWx publishes data from my Davis Pro2  to Weather Underground?  For example instead of publishing data at say 05:00,  I would like to change it to 05:03 (an every 5 minutes thereafter).  Thanks in anticipation

Try setting option archive_delay (under [StdArchive]) to 180.
