Belchertown - Highcharts plot line possible?

Just curious if anyone has gone down this road before. I have extended Belchertown to use custom data, in my particular case I am graphing the level of a local lake. I want to have one (or a couple) static plot lines for highest and lowest recorded elevation ever seen. (basically a statically defined line without dynamic data behind it)
Anyone done this before?
