Visibility and Lightning

Hello,

I have two different questions if somebody will be so kind :)

1) I see Weewx calculates cloudiness by default from measured values. Do we have some extension for adding also visibility into database?

2) In belchertown skin I see Highchart graph for lightning strikes count and distance. Can somebody provide more info how to get these values? I want to show just strikes distance in daily page.
