Hello, I am just on the forum, someone would know how to tell configure weewx connected to the weather station at PCE raspberry, to update the weather data every 5 minutes and 30minutes

You are not offering us much information.

What is a PCE raspberry? We are all, of course, familiar with the Raspberry Pi. Is the PCE version an emulated version?

What kind of weather station?

If you update every 5 minutes, would that not also update on the 30 minute boundaries?

Weewx has extensive documentation on how to configure almost any conceivable weather station on lots of different types of operating systems and hardware. Is there something missing?

Sorry I just saw this, quite late, but just for the record, the PCE FWS 20 is a branded Fine Offset WH1080. You can look this up by connecting the console to one of the RPi USB ports and execute in your terminal:

lsusb

The output is something like:

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 1941:8021 Dream Link WH1080 Weather Station / USB Missile Launcher
