tried 5.3 didn't work

Tried 5.3 on freshly loaded Rasp Pi ,,,This is what I got

Apart from buster being long in the tooth you need to install the current gpg key, forget why it changed.

Follow the entire 'Configure apt' section at the top of https://www.weewx.com/docs/5.2/quickstarts/debian/ before trying to install.
